Music of Seychelles - The Seychelles are an independent island chain in the Indian Ocean, formerly a colony of both Britain and France. Characterized by fast-paced, highly danceable rhythms, Chutney is a fusion of traditional indian folk music and contemporary Indian indian folk music and Caribbean influences.
